After reviewing the City Code, it is in staff’s opinion <br />that short term rentals are not allowed in the City. The City Code does not define or address short <br />term rentals. The owner of the short term rental has made a request to the City Council to <br />evaluate allowing short term rental facilities in the City. Staff recommends Council schedule this as a meeting if they choose to attend. <br /> <br />M.4 Spring Citywide Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 17, 2021 <br /> <br />The City will hold its annual Spring Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 8 a.m. – <br />noon at Public Works. <br /> <br />M.5 Vacancy on the Carnelian - Marine - St. Croix Watershed District Board of Managers <br /> <br />Washington County Board of Commissioners will be accepting applications for the Carnelian- <br />Marine-St. Croix Watershed District Board of Managers.
