The Meadows at Hugo Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br /> <br />DATE: April 29, 2021 for the City Council meeting of May 3, 2021. <br /> <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for The <br />Meadows at Hugo. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 47 lots and 4 outlots on a <br />parcel located north of 159th Street North and west of Highway 61 for The Meadows at Hugo. <br />The site is currently vacant. <br /> <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the preliminary plat and PUD for 87 single family residential lots for <br />The Meadows at Hugo at its March 1, 2021 meeting. This final plat request will plat 47 single <br />family residential lots and 4 outlots from The Meadows at Hugo preliminary plat. The lots meet <br />the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for The Meadows at <br />Hugo general plan. <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for The Meadows at Hugo. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
