<br /> <br />The Meadows at Hugo 18 <br /> <br />c. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />d. Exact locations and types of fixtures of the street lights shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />e. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br />permits from the City. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete <br />all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />h. The developer shall pay $112,800.00 in full to satisfy the required cash in lieu of <br />parkland dedication requirements. <br /> <br />i. The developer shall pay the sewer and water trunk fees for each lot at final plat. <br />The City’s SAC and WAC fees will be paid at the time building permits are <br />issued. <br /> <br />8. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the following <br />restrictions: <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement, and associated <br />documents with Washington County and provide proof of recording to the City. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />c. If a sales trailer is located on the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />9. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> <br />a. All improvements shall be installed including the grading, streets, stormwater <br />management, trails, landscaping, and amenities. <br /> <br /> <br />
