The first phase is the <br />eastern portion of the development and the public park. The second phase is the west side of the <br />park. The site is proposed to be graded all at the same time. <br /> <br />Because storm sewer is required between buildings H and I in the first phase, staff suggests that <br />the applicant include building H in the first phase. <br /> <br />Landscaping/Signage <br /> <br />The applicant has provided a full landscape plan. It’s in staff’s opinion that the applicant has done <br />a good job with the landscape plan, however the developer shall evaluate the grading on the <br />north end of the project to reduce any impacts to existing trees and staff recommends additional <br />trees on the north end of the property. Staff will continue to work with the applicant on the <br />landscape plan, for review and approval by staff.
