Ms. Rachel Juba
May 6, 2021
Page 2
7. Detailed redline comments have been provided on the plans and sent to the applicants
engineer so they can be addressed in future submittals.

Stormwater Management

8. The stormwater water quality requirements are proposed to be met through the use of water
reuse and the purchase of volume reduction credits from the City. With the current proposed
stormwater management onsite, 53% of new/reconstructed impervious (1.8 ac) is not treated
onsite which requires the purchase of 3.1 volume reduction credits. At $8,250 a credit, the
total credit purchase cost is calculated to be $25,575.
9. Water reuse has been evaluated for the pond internal to the site, however the larger basin to
the north is has much larger volume and will be required to be evaluated for suitability as the
source for stormwater reuse.
10. Additional stormwater plan and model comments have been provided to applicant and will
need to be addressed in future submittals for documentation and permitting purposes.
11. A stormwater maintenance agreement and will be required for the stormwater basins on the
site.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project. Additional comments may be
necessary following the review of the responses to these.
