Think I can answer the questions below in red: <br /> <br />1. Will this new community be an Association? <br />a. Yes there will be an association. <br />2. Will there be a 6-ft. privacy fence on the east side of their property for us to have <br />privacy also? We see that a 6-ft Privacy Fence is being installed on the side of the <br />Mobile home park. Homeowners are not real happy about putting the back of the new <br />units so close to the patios of our community people. All of our units next to this <br />proposed community are elderly senior citizens and purchased here because of the <br />quietness of the area. <br />a. The manufactured home park owner requested that the developer not put a <br />fence along their property line but rather install landscaping. There will be <br />landscaping along the east, north, and west property lines for buffers. The Oneka <br />Lakeview townhomes are at 20 feet from the property line and the new proposed <br />buildings will be 25 feet. If your homeowners association would like to install a <br />fence on your property that would be okay. <br />3. Are the units to be multi-level or one level? <br />a. The units are one and a half levels. <br /> <br />I have attached the style of home proposed. <br /> <br />The property owner and developer is Norm Dupree.
