I have been asked by <br />several members of the Oneka Lake Townhome complex to see if we can have <br />our concerns address. <br />1. Will this new community be an Association? <br />2. Will there be a 6-ft. privacy fence on the east side of their property for us <br />to have privacy also? We see that a 6-ft Privacy Fence is being installed <br />on the side of the Mobile home park. Homeowners are not real happy <br />about putting the back of the new units so close to the patios of our <br />community people. All of our units next to this proposed community are <br />elderly senior citizens and purchased here because of the quietness of the <br />area. <br />3. Are the units to be multi-level or one level?
