With proposal of improvements for 121st Street there may be issues with drainage on the northside <br />intersection of 121st and Falcon Avenue North. There has been a history of pooled water on the <br />northside of this intersection. There is no culvert or drain for the water to flow. <br /> <br />Additionally, water flows down our existing driveway on 121st Street N. as this gravel road as elevated <br />over the past years. <br /> <br />We also want the developers and the City of Hugo Engineering staff to be informed of the high-water <br />table and water drainage issues in and around the properties of the proposed development. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Tom and Denise Sames <br />12116 Falcon Avenue N. <br />White Bear Lake, MN 55110 <br /> <br /> <br />
