Staff and volunteers in this area must wear facial coverings and gloves. All participants <br />entering this area must also wear facial coverings. <br /> <br />BIKE MECHANICS/ BIKE RENTALS <br />1. Bike Rentals can continue to be offered if they are managed by a third-party rental <br />company who is following the state and local public health guidelines with respect to <br />cleaning, physical distancing, and signage. <br />2. Mechanical support guidelines must be provided to each bike shop at the outset of <br />securing the partnership outlining Society event specific procedures with regards to <br />state and local public health guidelines related to physical distancing, cleaning, and <br />signage. <br />3. All mechanics must wear facial coverings and gloves. <br /> <br />RIDER VILLAGE <br />1. Photographer <br />a. Team Photos- Organized team photos are not permitted. Teams will be <br />encouraged to take their own photos. <br />b. Event Photos <br />i. Candid photos can continue along the route. <br />2. Music <br />a. Background music/DJs can continue to be offered if state and local gathering <br />guidelines permit. <br />i.
