Ms. Rachel Juba
March 19, 2021
Page 2
7. The applicant is not able to meet the 0.1 cfs/ac rate control requirement due to site
constraints including existing sanitary easements and staying outside of Egg Lake, however
since the site discharges to Egg Lake and is showing a decrease is rates for all storm events
this is not anticipated to have a negative impact on Egg Lake or any downstream properties.
Additionally, the discharge volume to Egg Lake is decreased in all storm events so Egg
Lake’s HWL will not increase due to this project. The stormwater management does meet
RCWD’s requirements.
8. A stormwater maintenance agreement and drainage and utility easements will be required
for the stormwater basins on the site.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
