PLANNING COMMISSION UPDATE: <br /> <br />At its September 23, 2021, meeting the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />considered the request. Staff recommended approval of the conditional use permit (CUP) for the <br />shared driveway. There was no one that spoke during the public hearing. The Planning <br />Commission agreed the application met the requirements necessary to approve the CUP. The <br />Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the CUP for the shared driveway <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) for a shared driveway <br />between two parcels. Parcel A is currently landlocked and get accesses though Parcel B to the <br />south to Keystone Avenue North. The driveway has been in place for several years and the <br />applicant is requesting formal approval with the CUP. Both property owners have signed the <br />application and an easement and maintenance agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
