The applicant shall submit cut sheets for the wall mounted light fixtures to be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall revise the plans to show shield over the wall lights in the north side <br />of the building. <br /> <br />15. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the building to <br />be reviewed and approved by staff. The materials shall be compatible and cohesive with the <br />existing buildings in the campus development. <br /> <br />16. The proposed metal awing design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />17. The internal roof drainage system that shall be integrated into the building design and shall be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />18. The trash receptacles shall be stored inside the building. <br /> <br />19. Cross access and maintenance agreement between the buildings shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. The document shall be recorded against the property. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> <br />20. The extension of 140th Street North shall be completed with at least the first lift of <br />bituminous. <br /> <br />21. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent <br />properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure <br />compliance with City code. <br /> <br />22. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> <br />23. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, stormwater <br />management facilities, and utility extensions. <br />
