WSB & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />2020 LIONS PARK DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />PARKING LOTS, TRAILS AND WALKS, SKATE PARK RELOCATION, <br />POTENTIAL COMMUNITY SPORTS PAD & ARM SURVEY <br />The Client intends to retain Consultant to provide general engineering and other related professional services <br />for programming and design development for Lions Park Site including the parking lot by City Hall, the <br />northwest parking lot, trails and walks, skate park relocation, and the potential community sports pad with the <br />intent to refine and adopt the master plan at a higher level of detail in preparation for final design construction <br />documents necessary for bidding and construction. This will not include any work related to improvements to <br />adjacent streets or street stormwater design. Site development will be based on information available from <br />the street and stormwater feasibility design. Design development will include preliminary park stormwater <br />modeling and electrical design. The Scope of Services are outlined below. <br />ARTICLE B.1 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />B.1.1 Project Start-up Meeting. <br />Consultant shall hold a virtual project start-up meeting with the Client to review the proposed <br />schedule, design process and develop a clear understanding of the scope of the project and <br />intended outcomes. This includes meeting preparation and distribution of follow-up summary <br />notes. <br />13.1.2 Programming Confirmation. <br />B.1.2.1 Programming Meeting — Meeting No. 1 <br />Consultant shall hold a virtual meeting with the Client and select stakeholder to <br />brainstorm ideas and develop project goals, themes and a refined programming list <br />for the overall site design for confirmation. This includes meeting preparation and <br />distribution of follow-up summary notes. <br />B.1.3 Preliminary Design Development. <br />B.1.3.1 Preliminary Design Development <br />Consultant will prepare preliminary design development plans that will illustrate <br />spatial configurations, material selections, site furnishings, construction methods, and <br />general character in order for the Client to make decisions as it relates to the overall <br />established construction budget, preferences and preliminary priorities. <br />Preliminary Design Development documents will include the following plan sheets <br />taken to an approximate 25% complete level: <br />• Removals Plan <br />• Layout Plan and Options <br />• Grading Plan <br />• Utility Plan <br />• Landscaping & Restoration Plan <br />• Product style options for preference/feedback <br />• Estimate of probable costs including alternates <br />B.1.3.2 Design Review Meeting — Meeting No. 2 <br />Consultant shall facilitate a design review meeting with the Client and select <br />stakeholders to present and review the preliminary site design development plans <br />and estimate of probable costs for review and feedback in order to determine the <br />preferred design approaches and priorities for specific elements to include in the final <br />design package.
