B.2.2 Regulated Materials Inventory. <br />Consultant will complete a room -by -room inventory of regulated materials at each Site <br />building that may require special handling or disposal prior to demolition. Consultant will also <br />note other items present that may require special attention prior to or during demolition <br />including; wells, septic systems, above/underground tanks, hoists, and oil water separators. <br />B.2.3 Final Documentation and Reporting. <br />Consultant will summarize the results of the Destructive ARM Surveys in final reports. One <br />report will be generated for each of the three buildings. At a minimum, the reports will include <br />the following: <br />• Scope of work <br />• Sampling methods and procedures <br />• Figures identifying ACM sample locations <br />• Regulated materials inventory <br />• Investigation results including locations and quantities of identified ACM <br />• Conclusions and recommendations <br />B.2.4 Assumptions. <br />The following conditions are assumed for the ARM Assessment. <br />• Client will arrange and provide Site access. <br />• Buildings will be vacant at the time of the assessment <br />• Destructive sampling methods will be used. <br />• Any damage caused to building materials during sampling will not be <br />repaired/replaced by Consultant, including roofing materials. <br />• It is anticipated that the following additional samples will be collected and analyzed <br />under a standard 7 to10-day laboratory turnaround time: <br />o Small Storage Garage —ten (10) asbestos samples <br />o Large Storage Garage — twenty (20) asbestos samples <br />o Open Air Picnic Shelter — ten (10) asbestos <br />• Additional asbestos samples will be charged at a rate of $6 per sample. <br />• No lead -based paint samples will be collected. <br />• One ARM Assessment report will be generated per building (3 total reports). <br />• The Client will provide one review of each final report. <br />ARTICLE B.3 — ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Additional services shall be requested and authorized in writing and will be billed hourly according to the <br />current rate schedule. <br />Exhibit B — Scope of Services Page 4 <br />
