Clearwater Creek Preserve/JD 3 Update <br />Denaway reviewed Rice Creek Watershed District's concept plans to clean Judicial Ditch # 3. Their plans <br />impact Clearwater Creek Preserve, several Hugo trails, and other parks. A significant component of the park <br />is to build a maintenance access path along the ditch. In Clearwater Creek Park, Debris removal will be done <br />and several water crossings will be constructed to provide access for maintenance. Tree clearing will be <br />significant. Work has started with the mapping of the ditch going throughout Hugo. <br />4. Lions Park Work Plan <br />Denaway presented the Lions Park drafted work plan schedule showing guidelines, planning status, steps, <br />timelines and meeting schedules. Currently the design guidelines and conceptual plan have been approved. <br />Next step is to review the feasibility study, review phasing, outline options with development and evaluate <br />the preliminary cost estimates. <br />Tennyson made a motion, Haag seconded to direct City Staff to review/prepare a feasibility study. <br />All ayes.
