Both had indicated they wanted to be reappointed for another three-year term. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved the reappointment of Meredith St. Pierre and Roger Clarke for <br />another three-year term on the Parks Commission to expire on December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />Approve Renewal of Terms for Historical Commissioners Scott Cregan and Joyce <br />Granger <br /> <br />Terms for Historical Commissioners Scott Cregan and Joyce Granger expired on December 31, <br />2021. Both had indicated they wanted to be reappointed for another term. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the reappointment of Commissioner Scott Cregan for another three <br />year term to expire on December 31, 2024 and Associate Member Joyce Granger for another <br />two year term to expire on December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />Approve Lawful Gambling Permit for Raffles at St. Genevieve’s Fish Fry April 8, 2022 <br /> <br />The Men’s Club of the Church of St. Genevieve had requested approval of a Lawful Gambling <br />Permit to hold a raffle during their annual Fish Fry on Friday, April 8, 2022. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Permit for St. Genevieve Church on Friday, <br />April 8, 2022. <br /> <br />Approve Pay Request 14 to Ebert Construction for Public Works Facility <br /> <br />Ebert Construction had submitted Pay Request No. 14 for payment for the City of Hugo Public <br />Works Facility project in the amount of $742,198.45. The quantities completed to date had been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and City staff. The amount indicated <br />above reflected the work certified through November of 2021, with a 5% retainage applied. <br />Total retainage being held for the project to date was $410,307.97. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved Pay Request No. 14 in the amount of $742,198.45 to Ebert Construction. <br /> <br />Approve Pay Request No. 6 to Ebert Construction for Public Works Salt and Materials <br />Storage Project <br /> <br />Ebert Construction had submitted Pay Request No. 6 for payment for the City of Hugo Public <br />Works Salt and Materials Storage project in the amount of $68,950.33. The quantities <br />completed to date had been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and City staff. <br />The amount indicated above reflected the work certified through November of 2021, with a 5% <br />retainage applied. Total retainage being held for the project to date was $32,295.72. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 6 in the amount of $68,950.33 to Ebert <br />Construction. <br /> <br />
