Contract Administration: Administration of contract including preparation of <br />contract forms, change orders, substantial completion form, and payment <br />applications along with review of submittals, shop drawings and test results. <br />d. Construction Observation: Site observation on a periodic basis for the <br />established duration of construction based on one site meeting per week for a <br />total of twenty (20) site progress meetings during 2021 and an addition five (5) <br />site progress meetings in 2022, with one (1) punch list meeting, one (1) final <br />completion review meeting, and one (1) additional maintenance and guarantee <br />period review. <br />e. Documentation: WSB will prepare construction progress notes, follow-up <br />documents and RFI's for all site meetings and will coordinate construction <br />survey and testing needs. <br />f. Construction Staking: Survey services will include providing a 2-man survey <br />crew for initial layout and grade stakes for construction, including an as -built <br />survey upon completion of construction. <br />g. Construction Testing: WSB will schedule and coordinate construction testing <br />needs during the project to ensure construction materials and techniques meet <br />all necessary standards. This will include subgrade and base compaction, <br />concrete and bituminous materials testing, concrete reinforcement <br />observations and concrete curing and compressive strength testing. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Services other than those listed in the Scope of Services above and requested and authorized in <br />writing by the City. These services shall be billed on an hourly basis according to the current <br />Hourly Rate Schedule at time of request. <br />ASSUMPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS <br />The Scope of Services outlined above is based on the following assumptions and exclusions. <br />A. No contamination review or ESA cost are included. <br />B. RCWD permit is based on the assumptions that approximately four (4) acres of <br />new/reconstructed impervious is planned for. <br />C. It is assumed that there will not be any flood plain permitting work or wetland impacts <br />required for the proposed work area. <br />D. It is assumed that irrigation will connect into a water service in the park that is being <br />provided by others and the irrigation is to function with the proposed water reuse system. <br />E. It is assumed that a lift station is not required. <br />F. Sanitary and water services are to be brought up to five feet (5) of the proposed pavilion <br />and it will be the pavilion contractor's responsibility to connect to utilities at that point. <br />G. SAC & WAC fees are not included. <br />H.
