Utilities Plan (Sanitary and Stormwater service to be brought within 5 feet <br />of pavilion) <br />viii. Irrigation Plan (to connect with the water reuse system) <br />ix. Electrical Plan <br />x. Written Technical Specifications <br />This will include attendance of up to three (3) virtual meetings with the City to <br />review the final design progress and estimation at the 50%, 75% and 95% <br />complete milestones. <br />d. Vendor Coordination: WSB shall coordinate with selected <br />vendors/manufacturers to develop final designs for the various playground <br />pods within established budgets. This will include attendance of up to three (3) <br />virtual meetings with the City and vendor to review the playground design <br />progress and ongoing refinements. <br />e. Architect Coordination: WSB shall coordinate with HCM Architect throughout <br />the final design process to manage the timelines, bidding and construction <br />sequencing related to the site, street and pavilion project. This will include <br />attendance of up to three (3) virtual meetings with the City and architect to <br />review the final design progress and estimation. <br />f. Permittinq: <br />i. Building permits for the retaining wall will be the Contractor's <br />responsibility. <br />ii. WSB will prepare a RCWD permit (City is LGU) and will meet City <br />requirements for protection and management of the site as well as <br />stormwater requirements based on impervious surfaces. <br />iii. WSB will secure the NPDES permit for the site work to be transferred to <br />the selected Contractor prior to start of construction. Pavilion and street <br />NPDES permits are not included under this contract. <br />B. Bidding: WSB will upload an Advertisement for Bid and distribute construction <br />document plans to select Contractors through QuestCDN. WSB will answer questions <br />that arise during the bidding process including preparing any necessary addenda and will <br />conduct an online bid opening through QuestCDN that will receive and tabulate all bids, <br />including required bid documents. WSB will review contractor references and provide a <br />letter of recommendation for selection of a contractor. Bidding of the site will be <br />coordinated with the street improvement project and park pavilion project. <br />C. Construction Administration: WSB will undertake project administration and periodic <br />observation of the construction progress for adherence to design intent as illustrated and <br />described in construction documents to include: <br />a. Project Management: Project management throughout the construction period <br />to include ongoing coordination, scheduling and communications with the City, <br />architect, and engineers related to the progress, scheduling and <br />communications. <br />b.
