Bid review and contract negotiations — 2 weeks <br />January 15, 2021 <br />Working from a Feb1 — Feb. 16 authorization to proceed Construction start would be <br />approximately June 1, 2021. <br />Fee Statement: <br />Proposed Fee Structure: <br />A Parks and Recreation project of this scale, with programming, predesign and <br />community engagement would typically command a fee of 9% - 14%. With the project knowns <br />and clear decision making to date we would propose this project at 10.5%. With Civil and LA <br />being under a separate contract the fee would then be 8.5%.
