<br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR <br />HUGO YARD WASTE COLLECTION SITE <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 is entered into by and between Washington County, a body politic and corporate, <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (County) and the City of Hugo, a Minnesota municipal <br />corporation (City) to amend the Cooperative Agreement for Operation and Management of the Hugo Yard <br />Waste Collection Site effective July 26, 2019, thereto as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Item I City Items, No. 3. the timeline and terms between the City and County is deleted and restated <br />to read: 3. The City agrees to allow the County to operate the yard waste collection site at the <br />current location in conjunction with the lease timeline and terms between the County and the <br />adjacent owner, Daniel Bayless, or sooner if the County finds a more permanent location.
