Resolution 2022-___ <br />Rice Lake Reserve 2nd Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />Signage <br /> <br />h) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots and common space. <br /> <br />15. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />b) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />c) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />16.
