RESOLUTION NO. 2022 – CITY OF HUGO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND WHITE BEAR LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SIGNAL SYSTEM AT THE ELEMENTARY ENTRANCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF TH 61 AND 152ND STREET WHEREAS, THE City of Hugo is a political subdivision, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo has approved the construction documents for the construction of the new elementary school and entrance off of TH 61 and 152nd Street, requiring a new signal system; and WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation requires a Cooperative Construction Agreement for the construction of said improvement including the signal system. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: 1. The City of Hugo hereby enters into a Cooperative Construction Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: To provide for maintenance by the City of Hugo for the associated construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 61 from 690 feet south of 152nd Street North to 672 feet north of 152nd Street North within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 8206-52 (T.H. 61=001) (pedestrian facilities, minor signal maintenance, and power). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: 1.
