A total of 1.9038 acres of wetland credit are proposed to be <br />withdrawn from this bank to meet the required 2:1 replacement ration. <br /> <br />Special considerations required to be considered as part of the application process have been <br />addressed and no impacts to these considerations have been identified by the applicant. <br /> <br />Based on the application materials submitted by the applicant and subsequent review of those <br />materials against MN Rule 8420, the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA), the applicant has met all <br />of the rule requirements for wetland impact sequencing and replacement. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of this application for wetland impacts sequencing and replacement. <br />Application materials and site plans are attached to this memo. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Project Location Map <br />Construction Plans/Survey Maps <br />Approved Wetland Boundary Map
