Staff <br />recommended approval of the site plan request. A representative from the school provided <br />background on the school and the site plan request. The Planning Commission agreed that the <br />request met the requirements necessary to approve the site plan. The Planning Commission <br />unanimously recommended approval of the site plan request, subject to the conditions in the <br />resolution. <br />2.DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is seeking approval of site plan for additional parking and enhanced main entrance <br />to the existing school located at 10158 122nd Street North. <br />3.BACKGROUND: <br />The property was previously used as Withrow Elementary school in the Stillwater School <br />District. The school was closed in 2018 and has been vacant since that time. Liberty Classical
