STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the site plan request submitted by Liberty Classical Academy for <br />the property located at 10158 122nd Street North, subject to the conditions listed in the resolution. <br /> <br />7. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission agreed that the request met the requirements necessary to approve the <br />site plan.
