G.15 Approve Wetland Replacement Plan for The Shores of Oneka Lake Residential <br />Development <br /> <br />M/I Homes is proposing to develop a 132 acre property located west of Oneka Lake. The <br />development will include 218 residential lots for various housing types. The property has 26.8 <br />acres of wetlands on site. The development will result in .95 acres of wetland impact, mostly for <br />road construction and grading. The applicant is proposing to replace the impacts to the wetland <br />basin though the purchase of wetland credits from an approved wetland bank. Staff recommends <br />approval of the wetland replacement plan, subject to final Technical Evaluation Panel issuance of <br />the Notice of Decision for the wetland replacement application. <br /> <br />G.16 Approve Resolution for Encroachment Agreement for 16094 Fairoaks Avenue <br /> <br />Matthew and Derek Pacula has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a <br />fence within a drainage and utility easement on property located at 16094 Fairoaks Avenue <br />North. The Senior Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is <br />comfortable with the request. Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City <br />Council approve the encroachment agreement for the property located at 16094 Fairoaks Avenue <br />North. <br /> <br />G.17 Approve Reduction in Letter of Credit for Adelaide Landing 6th Addition <br /> <br />Adelaide Landing 6th Addition has had substantial work completed to date and the developer is <br />requesting a reduction in the letter of credit. <br /> <br />The current letter of credit for the 6th Addition is in the amount of $347,303. Staff has inspected <br />the work completed to date and recommends Council approve the reduction in the letter of credit <br />to $251,903.62 based on the value of work remaining to be completed <br /> <br />G.18 Approve Pay Request No. 19 from Ebert Construction for Public Works Facility <br /> <br />Ebert Construction has submitted an application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Facility project in the amount of $6,314.89. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. The amount indicated <br />above reflects the work certified through April 30, 2022 with a 5% retainage applied. Total <br />retainage being held for the project to date is $474,038.42. Staff recommends the City Council <br />approve payment request #19 in the amount of $6,314.89 to Ebert Construction for the <br />construction of the City of Hugo Public Works facility. <br /> <br />G.19 Approve Pay Request No. 20 from Ebert Construction for Public Works Facility <br /> <br />Ebert Construction has submitted an application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Facility project in the amount of $123,360.60. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. The amount indicated <br />above reflects the work certified through May 31, 2022 with a 5% retainage applied. Total <br />retainage being held for the project to date is $480,531.08. Staff recommends the City Council <br />approve payment request #20 in the amount of $123,360.60 to Ebert Construction for the <br />construction of the City of Hugo Public Works facility.
