Resolution 2022-33 <br />Page 4 <br />h. The City's development fees will apply to this project. The fee amounts <br />will be calculated and included as part of the Development Agreement. A <br />development agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br />i. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed and approved by staff <br />and recoded at Washington County. <br />j. The developer shall obtain approval from Xcel Energy on the crossing of <br />the powerline easement. <br />k. Details and specification for the trails and boardwalks shall be reviewed <br />and approved by staff. <br />1. The developer shall work with the City on providing a landscape buffer <br />from the pond from the commercial properties to the west. The buffer <br />shall be reviewed and approved by City staff. <br />m. Park Dedication shall be satisfied by dedication of 3.89 acres of upland on <br />Outlot G and a combination of fee. A park dedication fee shall be paid for <br />each lot platted in the amount of $2,023 per lot. <br />9. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions. <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all <br />other documentation at Washington County and provide the City with <br />proof of recording. <br />b.
