Resolution 2022-50 <br />Page 2 <br />c. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by <br />staff. <br />d. Exact locations and types of fixtures of the street lights shall be reviewed <br />and approved by staff. <br />e. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />g. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to <br />complete all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br />h. The developer shall pay $93,600 in full to satisfy the required cash in lieu <br />of parkland dedication requirements. <br />i. The developer shall pay the sewer and water trunk fees for each lot at final <br />plat. The City's SAC and WAC fees will be paid at the time building <br />permits are issued. <br />8. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the <br />following restrictions: <br />a. The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement, and <br />associated documents with Washington County and provide proof of <br />recording to the City. <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the <br />City. <br />c. If a sales trailer is located on the property, a site plan and building <br />elevations shall be submitted for City review and approval. <br />9. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br />a. All improvements shall be installed including the grading, streets, <br />stormwater management, trails, landscaping, and amenities. <br />
