Alcohol will be served in a enclosed area and a deputy will be <br />present. Staff recommends Council approve the Temporary Liquor License for the Hugo Lions <br />Club for Rib Fest on September 24. 2022 <br /> <br />G. 7 Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants Forever at Wild Wings <br /> <br />Pheasants Forever has applied for a Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit to hold raffles during their <br />Clays for Conservation event to be held at Wild Wings on August 28, 2022. The Minnesota <br />Gambling Control Board issues the permit after approval by the City. Staff recommends Council <br />approve the Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants Forever for August 28, 2022, at <br />Wild Wings Game Farm. <br /> <br />G.8 Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion <br /> <br />The Hugo American Legion would like to donate $1,000 to the Hugo Fire Department for <br />equipment and training. Donations to the Fire Department need to be approved by the City <br />Council. Staff recommends Council approve the $1,000 donation from the Hugo American <br />Legion to the Hugo Fire Department. <br /> <br />G.9 Approve Pay Request No. 5 from A-1 Excavating for 121st Street/Acres of Bald Eagle <br />Project <br />  <br />A-1 Excavating, Inc. has submitted Pay Voucher No. 5 in the amount of $104,561.68 for work <br />certified through July 15, 2022, on the 121st Street/Acres of Bald Eagle Project. The project is <br />substantially complete at this time. Staff recommends Council approve payment to A-1 <br />Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $104,561.68. <br /> <br />G.10 Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Peterson Companies for Public Works Facility <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />Peterson Companies, Inc. has submitted an application for payment for the City of Hugo Public <br />Works Facility Landscaping project in the amount of $107,280.70. The quantities completed to <br />date have been reviewed and agreed upon by city staff. Staff recommends the City Council <br />approve Pay Request No. 1 in the amount of $107,280.70 to Peterson Companies, Inc. for the <br />installation of Landscaping at the City of Hugo Public Works facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
