The Meadows at Hugo 2nd Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />DATE: August 11, 2022 for the City Council meeting of August 15, 2022 <br /> <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for The <br />Meadows at Hugo 2nd Addition. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 39 lots and 3 outlots on a <br />parcel located north of 159th Street North and west of Highway 61 for The Meadows at Hugo 2nd <br />Addition. The site is currently vacant. <br /> <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the preliminary plat and PUD for 87 single family residential lots for <br />The Meadows at Hugo at its March 1, 2021 meeting. At its May 3, 2021, meeting the City <br />Council approved the final plat for the first phase for 48 single family residential lots and 4 <br />outlots from The Meadows at Hugo preliminary plat. This request will final plat the remaining 39 <br />single family lots and 3 outlot from the preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot <br />standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for The Meadows at Hugo general plan. <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for The Meadows at Hugo 2nd Addition. <br /> <br /> <br />
