Resolution 2022-XX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />a. The developer shall show all areas that will be seeded, sodded, and irrigated on the landscape <br />plan. <br /> <br />b. The landscaping shall be irrigated to ensure establishment of plantings. <br /> <br />c. The lighting plan shall meet the standards in City Code Section 90-239 Lighting. <br /> <br />d. The applicant shall continue to work with staff on what is included for the gateway elements and <br />the design. The final design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />a. All development fees shall be paid. <br /> <br />7. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the developer must comply with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent properties. Staff <br />shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure compliance with City code. <br /> <br />b. Any areas of the street, sidewalk, and trail connection that are disturbed with the construction <br />shall be restored to the City’s satisfaction. <br /> <br />c.
