RESOLUTION 2022-____ <br /> <br />APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING <br />MAP 3-1, 2040 LAND USE PLAN <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Summit Management, LLC has proposed a comprehensive plan amendment <br />to change the land use from Medium Density Residential (MD) and Industrial (IND) to <br />High Density Residential (HD) on property legally described as; <br /> <br /> See Attached <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on October 27, <br />2022, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the <br />application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 7, 2022 the City Council reviewed the Planning Commissions <br />recommendations, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the land use on Map 3.1, 2040 Land Use <br />Map. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of November, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
