Resolution 2022-90 <br /> The Shore of Oneka Lake Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> 1) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> m) The developer shall enter into an easement agreement for access and maintenance of <br /> the landscaping with in Outlots A, D, G, H, and I. <br /> Signage <br /> n) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by staff. <br /> o) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br /> development signage and landscaping within the outlots, common space, and the <br /> 159ffi Street roundabout. <br /> Parks and Trails <br /> p) An additional off street trail shall be built if construction of a trail on the berm along <br /> Oneka Lake not be feasible. <br /> q) The developer shall work with staff on Outlot G amenities and connections to the <br /> parks to the south. <br /> StreetslAccess <br /> r) The developer shall obtain approval and permits from Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> for the structure crossing of the ditch. <br /> 17. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> s) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br /> documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> t) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br /> submitted for City review and approval. <br /> 18. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> u) All public improvement required with the development agreement shall be installed. <br />
