The Shores of Oneka Lake 1st Addition Final Plat <br />Page 1 <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The preliminary plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD) of The Shores of Oneka Lake, approved by <br />the City of Hugo in June of 2022, is comprised of a 131.66-acre site including 218 total lots including <br />109 single family lots, 40 twinhome lots, 69 villa lots, and a future 100-unit apartment complex to be <br />developed by a different developer.
