Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2022-42 <br />APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT INTEGRITY LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR <br />“GOODVIEW ESTATES” LOCATED AT 13452 GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH. <br /> <br />Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement for Goodview Estates East <br /> <br />Integrity Land Development, Inc., had requested approval of a final plat in order to plat 29 lots <br />and three outlots as Phase One of the Goodview Estates development. The lots met the <br />minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations of the Single Family <br />Detached Residential Zoning District. Staff recommended approval of the resolution approving <br />the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Goodview Estates East, subject to review and <br />approval by the City Attorney. Staff recommended approval of the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for Goodview Estates West, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2022-44 APPROVING A FINAL <br />PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PRATT DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />“GOODVIEW ESTATES WEST” LOCATED WEST OF GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH <br />AND SOUTH OF EGG LAKE ROAD NORTH. <br /> <br />Approve Wetland Replacement Plan for Goodview Estates <br /> <br />Integrity Homes was proposing to develop a 70-acre property into the Goodview Estates <br />development. The development would include 59 single family residential lots. The property had <br />33.4 acres of wetlands on site. The development would result in .53 acres of wetland impact, <br />mostly for road construction and grading. The applicant was proposing to replace the impacts to <br />the wetland basin though the purchase of wetland credits from an approved wetland bank. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the wetland replacement plan, subject to final <br />Technical Evaluation Panel issuance of the Notice of Decision for the wetland replacement <br />application. <br /> <br />Approve Zoning Amendment to Shoreland Ordinance <br /> <br />The Shoreland District is an overlay district in the City of Hugo.
