Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month <br />3. Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion <br />4. Approve Resignation of Roger Clarke from the Hugo Parks Commission <br />5. Approve Renewal of Mining Permit for Mike Atkinson <br />6. Approve Pay Request No. 2 to Miller Excavating, Inc. for the 140th Street Extension <br />Project <br />7. Approve Pay Request No. 1 to North Valley, Inc. for the Oneka Parkway Project <br />8. Approve Pay Request No. 1 and Change Order No. 1 for Iseler Demolition, Inc. for <br />Water Tower No. 2 Demolition <br />9. Approve Reduction in Letter of Credit for Meadows of Hugo 1st Addition <br /> <br /> <br />Approve Claims Roster <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month <br /> <br />The City of Hugo had been contacted by a member of a Toastmasters group in White Bear Lake <br />requesting the City of Hugo proclaim the month of October as Toastmasters month. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the proclamation proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month. <br /> <br />Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion <br /> <br />The Hugo Lions Club requested to donate $1,000 to the Hugo Fire Department for equipment and <br />training. Donations to the Fire Department must be approved by the City Council. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the donation of $1,000 from the Hugo American Legion to the <br />Hugo Fire Department. <br />
