Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month 3. Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion 4. Approve Resignation of Roger Clarke from the Hugo Parks Commission 5. Approve Renewal of Mining Permit for Mike Atkinson 6. Approve Pay Request No. 2 to Miller Excavating, Inc. for the 140th Street Extension Project 7. Approve Pay Request No. 1 to North Valley, Inc. for the Oneka Parkway Project 8. Approve Pay Request No. 1 and Change Order No. 1 for Iseler Demolition, Inc. for Water Tower No. 2 Demolition 9. Approve Reduction in Letter of Credit for Meadows of Hugo 1st Addition Approve Claims Roster Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month The City of Hugo had been contacted by a member of a Toastmasters group in White Bear Lake requesting the City of Hugo proclaim the month of October as Toastmasters month. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the proclamation proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month. Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion The Hugo Lions Club requested to donate $1,000 to the Hugo Fire Department for equipment and training. Donations to the Fire Department must be approved by the City Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the donation of $1,000 from the Hugo American Legion to the Hugo Fire Department.
