The application was <br />considered complete on March 30, 2023, and a Notice of Application was issued on April 4, 2023. <br /> <br />The project area consists of approximately 3.28 acres of public right-of-way and involves extension of a public <br />roadway, Oneka Parkway, by 1,000 feet to provide access to a residential development (Oneka Prairie <br />development). Project work would consist of construction of a roadway, bicycle path, and sidewalk.
