The storm water re-use system shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />The storm water reuse system operation, encroachment, and maintenance <br />agreement shall be reviewed and approved by City staff. <br /> <br />c. An encroachment and maintenance agreements shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff for access and maintenance of stormwater reuse system, <br />landscaping, and signage, with in Outlots A and D. <br /> <br />d. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief’s requirements <br />regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br />department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> <br />e. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to <br />complete all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all <br />other documentation at Washington County and provide the City with <br />proof of recording. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the <br />City. <br /> <br />c. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building <br />elevations shall be submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a.
