19 <br /> <br /> <br />e. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br />permits from the City. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete <br />all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all other <br />documentation at Washington County and provide the City with proof of recording. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />c. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a.
