The storm water re-use system shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> The storm water reuse system operation, encroachment, and maintenance <br /> agreement shall be reviewed and approved by City staff. <br /> c. An encroachment and maintenance agreements shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by staff for access and maintenance of stormwater reuse system, <br /> landscaping, and signage, with in Outlots A and D. <br /> d. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements <br /> regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br /> department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> e. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br /> WCA permits from the City. <br /> f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> g. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to <br /> complete all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> 13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all <br /> other documentation at Washington County and provide the City with <br /> proof of recording. <br /> b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the <br /> City. <br /> c. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building <br /> elevations shall be submitted for City review and approval. <br /> 14. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the developer shall comply with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> a. The lift station shall be constructed and functioning. <br />
