Outlot Use and Ownership: <br /> Outlot Acres Ownership Use <br /> A 2.17 City Wetland/Pondin <br /> B 2.66 City Wetland <br /> C 0.54 city City Public Park <br /> D 1.56 City Wetland/Pondin <br /> E 0.19 City Wetland <br /> F 0.38 city Wetland <br /> 9. The developer shall design and install a storm water re-use system for the irrigation of <br /> the lots. <br /> 10. The landscaping planned for the plat shall be installed in one phase. The developer <br /> shall take proper precautions to protect the trees as the homes are being built. <br /> 11. Staff will continue to work with the developer on the street lighting plan. Exact <br /> locations of the street lights shall be reviewed and approved by City staff prior to <br /> installation. The street lights shall be the Lantern style decorative light. <br /> 12. Final design of the entrance monument shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior <br /> to installation. <br /> 13. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. An HOA shall be established to own/operate/maintain the following: <br /> i. landscaping and grass along Oneka Parkway within the right-of- <br /> way, <br /> ii. planting beds along Oneka Parkway within the right-of-way <br /> iii. vegetation in outlots E and F <br /> iv. and the water re-use system. <br />
