Exact <br /> locations of the street lights shall be reviewed and approved by City staff prior to <br /> installation. The street lights shall be the Lantern style decorative light. <br /> 12. Final design of the entrance monument shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior <br /> to installation. <br /> 13. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. An HOA shall be established to own/operate/maintain the following: <br /> i. landscaping and grass along Oneka Parkway within the right-of- <br /> way, <br /> ii. planting beds along Oneka Parkway within the right-of-way <br /> iii. vegetation in outlots E and F <br /> iv. and the water re-use system. <br />
