<br />Improvements identified to be completed in 2024 include the reconstruction of Heather Avenue
<br />and Upper Heather Avenue area and pavement reclamation along 125th Street. Reclamation is
<br />the process by which the existing deteriorating roadway surface is reused as aggregate roadway
<br />base for the new street section.
<br />
<br />Attached are two resolutions, a resolution requesting Council to consider approving the proposed
<br />2024 – 2028 Capital Improvement Plan and a resolution requesting Council to consider
<br />authorizing the preparation of a Feasibility Report for the 2024 Street Improvement Project.
