It included 177 single family residential <br />lots and 10 Outlots located north of Oneka Parkway and 159 th Street. The Com- <br />mission had previously provided feedback on the concept plan for the develop- <br />ment at their November 15, 2017 meeting. The dedication of the 43 acre “Outlot J” <br />was approved. The developer was required to construct the trails to the open <br />space property. <br />The Preserve on Sunset Lake <br />At the May 16 meeting, the Commission reviewed a sketch plan of 12 residential <br />lots on 125 acres on the south-west side of Sunset Lake. The Commission <br />provided feedback to the developer, Cheldon Frank. At their October 17 meeting, <br />the Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD) was presented. The <br />developer proposed park dedication of .93 acres adjacent to the city-owned prop- <br />erty on Sunset Lake and for the remaining fee to be waived. The Commission <br />approved park dedication of the land and $28,704 in fees. <br />September 28, 2018 Tour de Hugo
