Resolution 2023-___ <br />The Shore of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />f) The developer shall obtain approval from Xcel Energy on the crossing and <br />encroachment of the powerline easement for improvements within the easement such <br />as grading and trail. <br /> <br />g) The applicant shall provide copies of the property owners association <br />documents/covenants for City review and approval. A copy of the document shall be <br />filed for recording with the final plat. <br /> <br />h) A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed and approved by staff and recoded <br />at Washington County. <br />i) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br />improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />16. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> <br />j) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />k) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />17.
