RESOLUTION 2023-XX <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A FENCE <br />LOCATED WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE EAST OF PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 12033 EVERTON AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Hunter Smith and Brayanna Smith that <br />requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow a fence within right-of-way to <br />the east of property located at 12033 Everton Avenue North, legally described as follows; <br /> <br />Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 22, 23, and 24, Block 7, Shadyside No. 4, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 12033 Everton Avenue North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 6th day of November, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
