• Disburse funds to municipalities by December 31 according to the agreed upon allocation as <br />stated in this memorandum <br />• Provide any required information to OSS by December 31 of each year to meet reporting <br />requirements outlined in statute for all funds expended for each calendar. <br />Municipality <br />• Segregate the funds in a municipal election funding account. <br />• Maintain the funds in the segregated account until spent for any authorized purposes. <br />• Provide the County with the data necessary to meet the reporting requirements outlined in <br />statute by December 15 of each year. <br /> <br />This agreement is effective as of the last date of the signatures below and shall remain in effect and <br />renew annually until the County or Municipality notifies the other party in writing of its desire to <br />terminate the agreement. <br /> <br />Signatures <br /> <br />________________________________________ ____________________________ <br />County Signature Date <br /> <br />________________________________________ ____________________________ <br />Municipal Signature Date
