A copy of the document shall <br />be filed for recording with the final plat. <br />23. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br /> <br />The following conditions shall be met prior to the issuance of any certificate of <br />occupancy: <br /> <br />24. The trail connection between Watercrest of Hugo and Watercrest of Hugo 2nd <br />Addition shall be constructed.
