The site meets rate control requirements through the stormwater ponds onsite. <br />9. Detailed redline drainage comments on the 3rd Addition have been provided to the applicant <br />and will need to be addressed prior to the issuance of the stormwater permit. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />10. Site grading for the remaining portion of the development is underway and is consistent with <br />the overall grading plan and preliminary plat approvals. All wetland impacts are proposed as <br />part of the 2nd addition. <br /> <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project. Additional detailed, red-lined <br />comments have been provided to the applicant’s engineer and we have had meetings to discuss <br />how they propose to modify the plans. These minor comments will need to be addressed prior to <br />approval of the construction plans.
