Final <br />location of the trail and boardwalk shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff prior to installation. This shall be <br />constructed by and paid for by the developer. <br />2. The trail locations and trail connections to the parks to the <br />south and the connections to the development shall be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br />3. Connections to the parks and development shall be <br />installed. <br /> <br />c. Phase 3 shall include: <br />i. Park improvements: <br />1.
