The developer shall comply with the City standards for street lighting within the <br />public right-of-way. <br /> <br />8. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />a. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the City <br />Engineer’s memos dated May 4, 2022. <br /> <br />b. The developer must comply with Resolution 2022-____, for the PUD. <br /> <br />c. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief’s requirements <br />regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br />department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> <br />d. A permit from Rice Creek Watershed District shall be issued for the ditch <br />crossing for construction of Street A. <br /> <br />e. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall provide the Homeowners Association documents for <br />review and approval by staff.
