The developer shall comply with the City standards for street lighting within the <br /> public right-of-way. <br /> 8. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer must comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the City <br /> Engineer's memos dated May 4, 2022. <br /> b. The developer must comply with Resolution 2022- , for the PUD. <br /> c. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements <br /> regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br /> department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> d. A permit from Rice Creek Watershed District shall be issued for the ditch <br /> crossing for construction of Street A. <br /> e. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br /> WCA permits from the City. <br /> f. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> g. The developer shall provide the Homeowners Association documents for <br /> review and approval by staff. <br />
